Sharefyio collects account information (name, email) through our identity provider, workspace and project metadata you create in the platform, and operational telemetry (API request counts, error traces) needed to run the service.
We use your information to authenticate you, operate the Studio and API, enforce permissions, provide support, and improve reliability. Connection strings and API tokens are encrypted or hashed at rest and never returned by read APIs.
Platform metadata is stored in our managed PostgreSQL database. Your connected data engines hold content only — Sharefyio does not create system tables in customer databases.
